We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Whether it’s the wrong fit, the wrong vibe, or simply a change of heart, we’re here to make returns easy and stress-free.
💡 Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. No need to explain (though we love feedback if you want to share).
✅ What Can Be Returned

Items in unused, original condition

Still in original packaging (tags on, boxes intact)

Returns must include the original order number
We can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized products

Perishables or items marked final sale

Downloadable digital products or gift cards
🔄 How to Start a Return

The item(s) you’re returning

A quick note (optional) about why it didn’t work out
We’ll guide you through the next steps and send you the return address.
💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end (oops — that’s on us).

Rather swap than refund? We’ve got you. Let us know in your email, and we’ll help set up the right item to ship out as soon as your return is on the way back to us.
